Charged For Months of Service Without Providing It, a scam

In 2008 I have contacted SB Suite to provide bookkeeping services for my small business. All went relatively well, when at the end of 2009 I have discovered that no bookkeeping has been done for the previous seven months, while the credit card has been continuously charged.
I contacted the company, and demanded it be done asap. It turned out that the password in one of my accounts have been changed, and they were not able to access it. I gave them the new login and password (over the phone, in order to avoid sending it by e-mail), and the guy EMAILED it back to me! How stupid was that!
Then the same guy proceeded to change the security questions in my account! I thought it was a hacker's attack, but no, it was an employee of SB Suite changing the security questions in my account, unbeknowst to me.
That was too much. I called them back, and asked for a refund, to which they complied. However I received a refund for the last 3 months only, and the 4 months they never refunded, eventually cutting off all communication with me.
As my accountant later pointed out to me, the service they provided (when they did provide it) wasn't professional either. But that was not a scam, just unprofessional service.
