Dissappointing transition from WAMU - Checking Account

I am irritated and disappointed with Chase's lack of adherence to its own advertisement of a smooth transition from WAMU accounts to Chase. Advertisement followed to say that log in info would remain the same. Unfortunately that is not so. I am forced to create new log in info. I am tired of changing passwords that I forget and want to keep my old login info as was promised with the transition from Wamu to Chase. Not only is this false advertisement, but Chase seems to be lagging behind in technological capabilities. From inability to change card designs to allow for differentiation of cards (from the recently acquired accounts/banks) to forcing customers to create new log in info and lack of smooth transitioning.

I don't have time for this and am tired of creating so many log ins.

Shouldn't this be simpler and easier for the user/customer?
