Wedlls Fargo Worst Bank
Said they never received loss mitigation documents, and I have proof they were faxed 3 tmes

This may sound crazy but I live outside Philadelphia and this is what happened to me.

I am on social security disability
Bank of America stole all my money, I swear.
Wells Fargo holds my mortgage and three times I did the loan mod, paying three months in a row. I was one month late and they would not take my money.
Bank of America forged my signature on a HELOC which was down to $1000.00. They had the nerve to use the HELOC as overdraft when I had a lot of available credit on several credit cards.
I am now in foreclosure on my $400,000.00 home and in loss mitigation. I have gotten the runaround that is sickening. I have my Masters in Finance, I know what they are doing.
I obtained an attorney in 2005 for wrongful termination and she was so stupid, the box on then 1099 indicated I had lost wages, now the IRS thinks I earned $ and the lawsuit was for lost wages/independent contractor, when I won for depression, illness, etc, not applicable to pay taxes.
I hired a stupid accountant who I paid over $500.00 and he did not follow up on this mess;.
The IRS insists I owe 15,000.00 in back taxes which is soooo untrue.
Wells Fargo made me pay 3 months 3 times to prove I am eligible for a loan mod and now I am in loss/mitigation AND foreclosure. I never received ACT 91.
I have heard from horrendous attorneys telling me that I can't get a loan mod without them which is stupid.
Bank of America denied my fraud claims, why, they don't have a clue about the truth in fact, they were fraudulent when they saw my fraud affidavits / They manipulated my accounts, ultimately wiping me financially devastated.
I am sick and tired of attorneys that tell me I need them for a loan mod.
If you are interested, any error with any bank gets treble damages. Obviously, I have no money but I will if any law firm is willing to take this on contingency. I have so much proven documentation that I am confident I will win.
