Back in August I requested a payoff amount and it came back as $172,826.84 my statement states $162053.64 so know in September I request another pay off and it states $177646.16 instead of going down it's going up I need help I'm trying to refiance and I can't seem to get out of it because my balance is going up not down
I called and they gave me all this run aroung about my intresest so I said last month you also said the same thing, so I wonder were my monthly payments are going to it's not going in to my princiapl nor it's going on to the intrest could someone help and see what I can do to get out of it I'm trying to lower my payments but I can't please help I'm in despriated need I do not want to loose my house I put so much in to it that Household is a big rip off my interst rate is at 11.48 that is to high I hope some one could help me soon
