This will be my final complaint against Beneficial as I will never consider them again for any financial loans.
I refinanced my home and combined both first and second mortgages at a rate of 6.99%. I borrowed $17,900.00 from Beneficial back in Nov.'99 and today the payoff is $17,495.00!
I paid them over $14,000.00! Now this is what I call getting ripped-off. Maybe there is some satisfaction in knowing they had to pay out $484 million to some of the hard working Americans that have fallen victim to their predatory lending practices.
