Are charging for something I did not do

I had been informed this item was free easily terminated withing 10 times of examining it out. I'd terminated withing four or five times. I only received my charge card statement and that Iam being billed $14.95, that was the total amount they had stated might cost if we didn't terminated within 10 times. I named and talked having a consultant and terminated, however they lied. I'd like my charge card of these people that are lying to everybody.
