Ordered 2 free products on Jan. 10, was charged $3.95 on each for shipping. Charge went on my credit card on Jan. 13, did not receive product until January 29. Phoned the 1-800 # on Jan. 29 as I had tried to e-mail them earlier but was told to contact them by phone. I did not have the phone number until I received the product. I phoned and cancelled any further charges, etc. On the 29th or 30th. Checked my credit card and was charged $71.36 and $92.02. Phoned them on Feb. 6th to confirm my cancellation and was told because I was in Canada it took longer to clear customs but I should have cancelled after 16 days. Didn't explain how I could have tried the product for 16 days when it only arrived on Jan. 29th. I do not recall the order saying I only had 16 days from the time I ordered. Anyway, when I cancelled they didn't say anything about already charging my credit card. Only on my 2nd call was I informed I was too late. Not exactly a free sample!
