I was given an unauthorized Surprise charge of 149.95 for ordering a. 99 trial white pen. I have already called cancel service and was cancelled # 817481. I was instructed to fill out a refund request. I am a senior citizen diabled on fixed income. I do not understand why this was charged to my account. My bank is helping me with this matter because I do not have the funds to cover such an amount nor do I understand this whole thing and why it happened. My checking account is totally overdrawn is this amount of 149.95 is posted. I was told to submit a refund request and fill it out and then call you when I get the number. I also want to return item but was given two different addresses where to send it. I stillhave time to return it on time but MUST have the correct address.
