Hi all fellow Wachovia and former Wachovia bank customers,
Well it looks as though Wachovia is finally getting what it deserves, after treating customers like garbage it's being bought by Citibank. Thank the Lord for miracles. I recently closed my Wachovia account only to have Wachovia reopen my account, it seems that I had an automatic debit that went through after my account was closed, I had informed Wachovia previously that I wouldn't honor this company's charges to my account as I didn't authorize them, but Wachovia let the charge go through and charged me an NSF charge, mind you my account was closed!!!
Dealing with Ms. Chavez the customer service supervisor was an unpleasant experience to say the least, rude and not customer service oriented are to two ways of describing this most unhelpful woman. Finally my account is closed after nearly two hours on the phone. Hopefully the nightmare of endless NSF and late bill pays is over for all of us past and present clients of Wachovia.
PS I've been with for the past two months and I'm very happy.
