Careful reading of the offer makes it clear, particularly if you read between the lines, that you will pay a pretty price for $15K in credit good toward the priveledge of buying their overpriced junk.
It won't be good for buying things like you would with a Visa or MC, AMEX, etc. It will be good for buying First Nat'l Credit promotionals.
The phrase "You may use your gold card (ooooh a _gold_ card!) immediately upon receipt for all purchases from credit provider..." indicates clearly that you're stuck with their stuff.

I just received a pre approval certificate for $15,000 gold card with a 12 month 0% introductory rate from First National Credit located at Pacific Park Plaza 27101 Aliso Creek Road, Unit 126, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656. I decided since it seemed to good to be true that I would check in to it. I searched the web and to my surprise there is an actual web site for this company (www.firstnationalcredit.com). The web site is very vanilla. After seeing the site and the original certificate I decided to search to see if the BBB of California had any complaints. During that search I came across this site which seemd to be very informative. I still don't know if this is phony or not. But it sure smells funny. Be careful.
