I have a big problem with Chase Home Loan. My mortgage is been modified by chase Bank with the help of NACA a non-profit organization.
I have been experiencing a lot of issues with Chase; I would need to bring all my correspondence into your office for you or some one to take a look at them.
Back in September I tried to get my mortgage re-modified through Chase Home loan Mortgage which is the holder of my mortgage they were the one who offered the Program to me when I first start having problems paying my mortgage because I lost me job for a couple of months ago.
Last year I got with a non profit organization called NACA, where I filled out an application and send them some personal information
To be submitted to chase for a modification, Chase never reply to them, but the send me some type of modification form of their own.
I filled it out and send it to Chase, they then send to ask for the same personal information that NACA had ask for and I mailed it to them,
This all happen in May of in November I received some document stating that this was a modification they were offering which was a interest
Only loan offer, I was told by the government this is not suppose to be offered to anymore and that it’s considered a predatory loan. I did not like
What I saw so I called NACA to find out if I should sign the document, they told me I should not but Chase keeps threatening me to sell my house.
I eventually sign it and send it back on December 13the 2009 they received it on December 15th in which they send me a final copy of the modification
In the mail, the letter state that this is a final agreement of my modification and enclosed is a sign copy with my signature of which I had agreed to the contract.
They told me to pay $987.03 per month which should start on January first I mailed the first payment off in January they never cashed the check so I thought
I had sent the payment the wrong address, I called Chase Bank to find out what happened and where should I send the February payment. I was told by
The customer service person that my modification was cancelled; I then ask why was sent a final agreement letter stating everything was final. She said she

So that is why I seek help from the folks at NACA.in which they told me Chase might not want to offer any thing better, because they never responded to their

On several occasion since January, but have not gotten anywhere with their customer service rep. They keep telling me my loan is with a negotiator but
They don’t they know who the person is I just have to keep calling back every week. They could be planning to sell my house for all I know.
They also told me I may have to start all over again with the modification, but they are not sure as yet they have to wait until the negotiator tell them
What he can do for me. NACA has of last week have sent them updated financial information on my behalf, but they have not replied.
