In 8/09 I created a significant cost on my Juniper Barclays consideration creating my stability to become correct in the borrowing limit. I planned on spending this down from the restriction point before any fund costs struck my bill. I told them-they might get me dismissed when they extended to contact me at the office. They explained the amount was eliminated. This continued for just two weeks. I approached the BBB. The reaction Barclays offered was the quantity was eliminated plus they did not have report of those calls being created!!! Subsequently Barclays directs me a notice declaring they'll be satisfied with $1760... I Will go! I contact and inform the "boss" I do want to spend this off but I'dnot possess the total quantity until February '10. She stated that was good she'd quit the costs and also have $89 instantly taken from my bank account for a few months till I really could spend the entire balance off. EXCELLENT! Jan comes, I obtain the cash to pay for it down, phone Juniper plus they inform me this discussion NEVER OCCURRED which I owed $2600 (nearly $1000 in costs and curiosity!!!) No way! I talked having a boss "Bob". Described anything to him... He was polite enough and explained he'd have it determined and contact me about the 1/20/10. Well I did receive a the 20th... 5 of these... And never one was "Bob" or anyone who'd an answer for this problem. Therefore you know what Barclays, deliver my bottom to selections... Atleast they wont contact me five times each day!!! Everytime they call today I let them know "Deliver me to selections, quit calling!" No. Really persistent. If it was Citibank or perhaps a bigger lender I am confident they'd have passed me to selections a few months before... Although not Barclays, they need every penny of these costs! Not happening.
