I had been disappointed having a Juniper (Barclay) charge card and so I popped a charge card bill having a Credit Union. Their approach to moving cash was to deliver a check straight to Barclays (at that time I had beennot conscious that Juniper WAS Barclays). The cost was for complete stability and before the deadline. I overlooked updates that I still owed curiosity thinking these were behind in payment practises. Over 500 bucks later (curiosity on attention plus costs) and damaged credit, they inform me "within the fine-print it stated for benefit, you ought to have named first". I subsequently visited the Credit Union who stated it had been my obligation to achieve that.
To begin with, who says the hill of garbage they deliver, subsequently it appears the Credit Union must have examined it given that they realized I had been spending it down, & lastly, what occurred to usuary regulations stating you-can't cost interest on curiosity?
I really donot shirk duty and am not attempting to blame everybody but myself, but this will NOT be authorized.
