Wachovia cheated and it was completely obvious too. On 1/05 I bought something at a grocery store and that left me with $3.61, but that wasn't the problem, the problem was that, at that moment Wachovia decided to bill me an "Overdraft Fee" of $70.00 for something that hasn't even happened yet and never did happen. Ly/wachoviafraud After they even saw this fraud the man I was talking to actually told me they had a right to manipulate the order in which transactions happen! The other problem was that they charged me for TWO overdrafts instead of one! The third Problem is that they said that the $50.22 purchase at Publix was the reason for the overdraft BUT it still hasn't gone through the system and I will get ANOTHER OVERDRAFT! This is the FIRST and LAST account I have with Wachovia, and I would never recommend this to any person not even my worst enemy!
If this ever happens to you don't let it pass by use your First Ammendment and fight back.
