Staff online communication on this site is completely out of line. Joyce Loon just sent me an email that was condescending, & I am a mortgage owner of 15 years! Never ONCE been late paying my mortgage by even ONE DAY! She has berated me for my language and my troublesome "complaining" by calling it "threatening" which has been ongoing, rather than trying to address my continuous frustrations. I just emailed her back and let her know I will be finding a new mortgage lender to transfer to as soon as I can. I can't stand this bank for another minute. "Abusive" doesn't even come close to what describes their online service representatives. I've had enough.
