If you are just about buying a home and looking for a mortgage, Chase should be the last one on your list. Horrible service. Employees do not care about anything. Pure communication. No commitment what so ever. So, the bottom line, do not apply for a mortgage at Chase. It is just too painful, stressful and sad.
