I had an experience where I went to buy car from this dealership. I looked at at Chrysler PT Cruiser and a Pontiac Grand Prix. I became more interested in the PT Cruiser after I was able to test drive it. The salesperson, John, helped me fill out the paperwork and agreed that my payments would be reasonable and I would only have to put down $500. So, I gave him the money and signed all the paperwork with the finance manager.
Four days later I receive a threatening call from the finance manager telling me to either bring $1000 more dollars or return the car. I was angry. Especially after I asked him all the questions necessary before I signed the sales contract and he stated that everything was final. So least to say since he was so rude, I returned the car and got back my $500. I will never go to that dealership again. They are so dishonest and mean.
