Ripoff fraudulent banking & billing business, overcharging consumer with hidden charges

They cancelled my card. Then when I paid two payments in May, one at the beginning of the month and one at the end, (because I was going on vacation) they told me the second payment count not be credited for the upcomming payment in June. Also, they said that if I didn't make another payment, they would charge me a late fee and they did.

I am unable to get in touch with them, by e-mail, or phone. I don't know whether to pay, or not to pay. The only time they tried to contact me was when they said I owed an additional payment and then threatened me.

I really don't know what to do! If you have any information, please let me know. I called the Better Business Bureau in Portland, Or and they couldn't give me much information. Only addresses in Nebraska.
