Fairbank Capital Corp. Bought out my mortage from another comp. Then the nightmare begain. They sent a statement saying that if we did prove that had home owners ins. That they were going to charge us fore it. We had ins.& we sent them copy & had our ins. Comp. Send them in to. This went fore 4 month's witch they kept adding fees and charges to my account & put it on my credit report. We went & had 1 of the mortage refinance to get away from them. Our ins. Was due fore the next year. At this time we were tring to refinance our other mortage & a car payment. NOW the nightmare starts all over again this time it last 7 months could not get refinance to a lower rate because thay put it on my credit report. Now my bills are geting bigger instead of smaller. My wife has been in the hospital and I am having to go to the doctors over this. It loks like i might lose my house and everything else because of this conp. This comp is not gest messing with peoples money it is messing with there lives.
