I have been trying to get a refund of $74.97 since Monday, 11-23-09.
I was told that I would get a refund and was put on hold to be transferred tot he REFUND department. Each time I was supposedly transferred to the refund department, I was disconnected. On one day, I was disconnected 6 times. Then I was told by customer service that there was a problem with the phone lines and I could not be connected to the refund department.
I called 11/23/09,11/24/09 and 11/25/09. On 11/25/09, I was assured that my file was noted for cancellation and refund and I could call back on 11/26/09.
On 11/27/09, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund because I had passed the 3 day period.
According to their records I signed up online on 11/19/09 and I had exceeded the 3 day period.
I spoke to a person who told me that I did not call within the allotted time. I did not signup until 8 PM on 11/19/09 per their records, (4 hrs before 12mn) and yet it was counted as a day. I made my first call to them on 11/23/09 because they were not open on 11/24/09. I asked them to show me in their contract that 4 hours constitutes a day.
They refused to refund the $74.97 to me.
