Terms and Conditions state to cancel with in trial period to not be charged. I called several times within the trail period to cancel, was told to hold for representative and the line would be disconnected. After several attempts and my cc was charged I eventually reached a representative and request refund. Rep stated a refund was not possible as the trail period was up, I asked to speak to a supervisor and again was told no refund would be given even through the first rep stated that my calls may have been disconnected due to the high call volume. I requested a phone number for there corporated offfice and was told that they were not permitted to give out that info. After telling the the supervisor I was not satified with that, he hung up on me. Since I have sent three emails and have not recieved any response back.
