Lets begin its the day before thanksgiving and our wonderful so called prepaid debit card company isn't working. I get my funds direct deposited from my employer to my account and I use a debit card issued by netspend. Well my funds where deposited this morning and are available but there system is down so I'm out of luck. This presents a serious problem in feeding my family and also is a problem for all you that inquire to this complaint. Well I have read several article's that state that netspend has been shafting people since they started. Well lets just say when you put your money in the hands of a company that is suppose to deliver and doesn't when you need it the most you have a company that cant handle our business. This is what I did because there are people out there right now that needs gas to get home, food, medicine, and probly diapers for there children so FILE A COMPLAINT TO BBB website http://www.bbb.org / also I contacted a law firm in Texas where they are located don't have a answer on if they will take the case but here is the link so you can contact them. This is a problem that everyone who is dealing with this company is having so stop complaining and act. I don't like seeing people that already is struggling, struggle more!
