I have just received 3 overdraft charges for 3 transactions that were not posted on my account for pending or even seen until after business hours, after 11pm at night.
When I had left the bank after doing and transaction and getting my receipt and asking the teller to make sure my account would be fine and was assured it would be. I still did not believe it so I went home and checked my acount before I went to bed at 11pm, knowing just in case could run to the ATM if needed and deposit a couple bucks (I do not trust their on-line banking as things can pop up after a week that you are not expecting because it was minused out with the prior week billing), nothing was there. Get to work first thing this morning and boom 3 od charges, charged $102 for 3 transactions all equalling $7.20 for parking, one was only $0.80 and was charged $34.
So I call Customer Service, bad mistake got India, after trying to talk to her, she was rude/short/I got fed up and asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me. So now I have to go in the branch after work, take time out of my day, and try and get this fixed. This is not the first time they have done this.
I dont understand how they can get away with charging that much money to someone, and say they are customer orientated. I will be closing my account there and not doing any type of business with them.
