I approached Stallings after he was recommended to be able to raise finance for a house flip. The first thing he wanted was $999 to be wired to his account immediately! I did this only after he offered a 100% refund. He then sent out bogus letters of intent that were not formatted properly or even on proper letterheads. The letters of intent amounted to nothing. He also went on to add that he would provide 'business services' for one year totaling 3% of the loan. The letter stated that if he could not close a loan for me that he would refund my money. The loan never closed and he never refunded my money. I took him to the BBB of TX and even after an hour of mediation and the mediator recommending that he return my money he refused.
Becasue he is of poor character then he better keep the money. At least i can sleep at night. He really should change his name from American Hero, there are far more better heroes than this looser.
Do not do business with this man. I hope the police investigate him. He is praying on people in hard times and stealing money.
His business practices, his website are shameful. He has the same line for phone and fax; his website has spelling mistakes and I doubt his office is nothing more than a laptop on his coffee table.
