College Loan phone harrassment

Our child continues to be spending a-10 year university mortgage for three years. She's behind $2000 (about 4-5 funds) but hasn't missed payments about the 20th for around 24 months.

On concerning the 6th of the month, every month, Essential Bank begins calling my child or myself, dad and cosigner. No real matter what we are saying and we are saying we shall pay and we do spend, we get a lot more telephone calls. The folks who contact appear to don't have any report of what we've stated. A few of the callers are middle of the street, had one which was extremly nice, simply to be followed-up following day with somebody who wasn't so nice, I offered the telephone to my daughter on this 1.

Two days ago, 2 weeks prior to the cost deadline I acquired about the telephone using the toughest I ever endured. I mentioned I understood it had been essential which we'd created the final cost and we'd create the following. Which was insufficient for this person and he explained it was insufficient and and acquired on his intesity, I stated I Would provide the data to my child who understands the figures. For 2 times today, our home and my mobile got about 10-15 calls each that we haven't acquired on.

I think that is harassment. Does Essential Lender inform their callers to get this done?
