I recieved an unauthorized charge stating DEBIT ACCESSCLEANS $48.92 which I did not agree to. I have tried calling their number multiple times and have not been able to get answer. It has put my checking account into the negative and have tried repeatedly to get the charge removed. Please help in whatever way you can. Thanks so much!!
