Auto Care Supersaver switched over an alleged outstanding debt of $87.54 to ProCollect collection company 16 weeks after I bought their car solutions card at my door with no prior notice that there is an issue using the cost. There's no report of bounced-check or quit cost about the check per my lender. (I'm expecting written reaction in the lender of my dealings in June). ProCollect has provided me 3 various factors for that unsuccessful cost in telephone calls with 2 reps, declaring the cost towards the lender failed because of 1) ceased cost on the check (lender confirms no end cost happened), 2) inadequate resources to protect a check (bank doesn't have report of inadequate resources in those days), and lastly 3) charge card refused. The tale modifications with each telephone call. ProCollect will not give me information on the supposed debt despite two demands written down. I've discovered online numerous grievances by others of the exact same exercise through Automobile Treatment Super-Saver along with ProCollect.
