Had money on my walmart card and went to reload and my balance was $0.00

I'd $8.54 on my walmart credit card so when i visited refill it. My $8.54 wasn't on the website anymore. It confirmed my balance$0.00 the telephone corporation costs $3.00 for me personally spending my statement this way. Because my cash was removed the card I had been $2.00 short plus they disconnected my phone. And today I'll need to spend a $33.99 reconnect charge. This can be a couple of shit, e this card is assume to become a good thing on the planet with out a real credit card. What the heck. Im not differ pleased about that whatsoever
