I would recommend that anybody considering buying an American Express / Bluebird prepaid bank card that you simply stay away from doing this. They misrepresent their providers for this card. Declaring you are able to refill your card for$1 after which you're not able to discover the refill cards. The card expenses $5.95 in advance after which no costs next except a refill charge of $1. When you-can't find any refill card since the company-no longer provides the refill choice they'll sell you another card for another upfront charge after which the only path to refill would be to purchase a greendot card for $4.95 each time you wish to refill the card. That is false advertising and misunderstanding. I would recommend you never use their solutions. It is a fraud.
