I do Online reload using lankareload.com web site. It's very easy to reload. They are using commercial bank payment gateway. Coz its sequester and no hidden charge. I reload 100 LKR. They charge only 100 LKR from my VISA card. They have all the payment methods such as cradit card / Visa or Master Debit card and PayPal. After the payment, reload was failed, reload amount is credited to my lankareload site account. Again i can reload using that credit using payment method "toplife" with out using my Visa card. That is really cool site. They have very quick customer care support as well.
