I have been reading all the reports posted about this company and I wanted to share my experience too. I along with others got the notice that credits services were cancelled. I then realised that on every bill I have received since then that I have been charged a overlimit fee of $35 even when my account was $108 UNDER my limit!
I called and of course got no one—I wrote and got no response but my checks keep getting cashed. Now I am being charged a late fee too!
To date I have been charged a total of $140.00 in boogus penalties. I keep paying to keep my credit in good standing but I will be more than happy to be a part of a lawsuit. Contact me please if there is any class action against this company.
