This is an addition to the previous post. After talking to Pacific Management I looked at my book where I have to keep track of things I have paid and it said a settlement was paid to and attorney's office (not mentioning any names). I called the attorney's office because I had saved the express mail deliver confirmation and signature and cashiers check stub and told the office manager there what had happened. He told me he would get my letter out and not to worry about it. He told me to call him if I had any trouble. I called Pacific Management back to let them know and Mr Adams was no longer in but the office manager got on the phone. I told him what the attorney had said and he told me it did not matter I was going to be sued if I did not send the money the next day. I called the attorney's office back and he told me not to worry about it I have my proof that I paid. I think these guys need a law suit.
