I've been utilizing XM Radio for around 2 1/2 decades today and enjoy the support but be advised about their payment methods. A couple of months before I named them concerning the regular leap from $14.95 to $17.24. They originally explained that it had been a heavy quantity and certainly will vary down and up. I'd no idea exactly what the were referring to and stated good... So long as it settles down towards the $14.95 monthly again... No
It caught at $17.24 and that I called them. Lastly they stated that it is a royalty audio charge they handed down to customers. I mentioned good and chose to limit my support to simply a music-only membership for $12.87. After researching my bank documents, they billed me $12.87 but never acknowledged me the $17.24 they charged the prior evening. (Fraudulant)
Following The trouble of contacting them back and being on-hold for 15 minute, I told them the problem. They did not appear amazed and was more a matteroffact about this. They explained they might "credit" my account for that $17.24, but I captured on fast and stated Noooo, I'd like one to return the first charge to my bank account and never the XM consideration.
Be careful in working with these men. I understand these were in bankruptcy for a while and today their techniques to push their main point here be seemingly increasingly more eager.
Read their cancellation plan carefully before attempting to deliver a contact or notice to end support. I am still a person, but I'd to express anything about this. Why does this type of big organization use shister design techniques... Which just eliminates customer support and finally clients.
