I bought 2 sets of traditional tights from Lane Bryant's shops. Both sets had cut with hardly any use. One set I used for one hour plus they ripped. I sent customer support through Lane Bryant's site along with a lady called Suzanne Smither said she'd deliver me a return tag to deliver the trousers back which my consideration could be acknowledged the entire purchase quantity for both sets. I obtained the tag and delivered the trousers back. A couple of days later I obtained a contact that my consideration was acknowledged to get a different product that I'd not shipped back. The traditional tights that I shipped again were $26.50 each plus tax. They just acknowledged my bill $17.55. I named POUNDis customer support and was informed they couldn't manage my state simply because they don't manage mail. I sent Lane Bryant customer support many times through the web site with no one could assist me. I talked to Shawn J. A boss for customer support who assured me he'd consider this issue and contact me back. Today 14 days have handed and that I've had no reaction. I named another quantity 614-463-5200 and talked with Jennifer in customer support who stated another person could be calling me back about that problem along with a week later however no reaction. I'm robbed by the corporation when I have invested a large number of bucks and also have been a faithful client for a long time. All I'd like is for my consideration to become attributed back the right quantity.
