Mounted support in January '09. Woke up today 2/13/09 and "no sign." Customer support went me through reset - no benefits. Stated they'd send a fix guy with "soonest planned day 2/19/09" (7 days!). They explained my issue was as a result of windstorm that happened two nights before! (Attempt To figure that meteorlogical trend out). I told them-not appropriate, I've defective gear and also have just had their support significantly less than per month.informed them I do want to stop. These were pleased to move me to termination division, who advised me they'd be pleased to stop me which they'd remove $400. Plus from my banking account for "pre-termination charge." I mentioned I don't approve them to achieve that; they stated they'd get it done anyhow since I closed a two-year agreement. I mentioned I closed a deal for support, that we am not receiving! Therefore recognizing they'd me in an enormous press, I stated deliver a technician. They stated the soonest day open to routine could be 2/22/09. I stated, "Delay one minute! 5 minutes before you explained 2/19!" to tell the truth, I'd their rival satellite service for just two decades and not had this sort of issue, and my prior service lasted breeze, snow and snowstorms without lack of support. These men actually are thieves! I have had wire and another satellite support before Direct TV, and not, actually experienced something remotely similar to this. And that I've never been informed by any organization they have the best to remove countless bucks from my consideration without my agreement!
