Peformed a notary loan signing appointment 7/15/09 with email documents. Sent them 5 invoices for the $90 they owe me. Have not been paid

I was contracted to do a loan signing 7/15/09 with email documents. The agreed to fee was $90.00. I have sent 5 invoices. I now am told the check was mailed to me 9/2309. It still hasn't arrived.
