I am a published author, and I decided to allow Xlibris to publish my latest book. They sent me a copy of the finished product, and the type was so small that it was nearly impossible to read without a magnifying glass. I have ordered that they cease and desist from producing and publishing my book, but after reading online accounts of others who have been scammed by Xlibris, I realize that I am in for a long haul trying to get my money back. Time for the Consumer Protection Agency.
