I refinanced my mortgage with national mortgage today bank of america. My final was 6/24/09 first payment 8/1/09. Our 10/09 declaration educated me that my cost could be elevated graeter than $2,100.00 monthly from roughly$1,65000. Thinking it was a mistake since my preliminary cost before refinancing was appox $1,900.00. I wa smade conscious that my escrowed fees was misappropriated towards my replacing costs therefore making me deliquent for my home taxes over $4,000.00. Had I had been educated in published or spoken structure I'd not need refinanced. Personally I think what BOA did in my experience was elegal. I've educated my local attorney-general workplace and you will be delivering more emails to anybody who'll hear and act-on my account. While President Obama created the regulation to assist property owners like myself this isn't what he'd in your mind of individuals getting downside of.
