I've been an associate of USAA since 1953, and so I never believed I'd be worrying about them.
I refinanced my mortgage this past year, being unsure of (and never being educated) that USAA today employs US Lender as its mortgage host. Based on decades of expertise like a industrial customer people Bank, I'd like nothing related to this client-unfavorable bank. Had I been educated ahead of time that US Lender may be the mortgage host for USAA, I'd not need been through using the refinance.
I've had only difficulty with this specific mortgage. Never in my own living have I been necessary to spend my home taxes and homeowner insurance into an impound account. USAA currently needs this of me. Even worse, based on US Bank, my yearly homeowner insurance premium is $800, when actually it's just $400. I'm being billed dual for this mistake with no matter how many connections I've had around Bank, the report isn't fixed.
Last month, without legitimate foundation US Lender required that I spend $1,000 extra in to the impound account, so as to not improve my regular mortgage transaction. I delivered my check instantly - planning to solve the mistakes and obtain a reimbursement later - also it REMOVED MY BANK 4 nights later, on December 12th.
Mortgage Declaration received recently (old January 16th) displays NO report of the extra cost, and my mortgage payment continues to be bumped-up, in obvious breach of the directions I obtained in the US Bank Mortgage client "support" repetition on December 8th.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE mortgage "maintenance, " until one likes being truly a goal of extortion.
After studying issues of the kind, I understand that this isn't an isolated event — it's standard.
I need you to not use from USAA!
