Does nothing for the fee they charge

I caught with Ben Schuett of Negotiation Factory/Integral Loan Methods To recover resources he explained we over-paid to resources, telephone companies among others. I settled him $1400 plus they did nothing. He guaranteed for around annually to return the cash but never did. Today he wont actually return telephone calls. He's a con artist. Don't conduct business with him.
