One of their technicians threw the left over chemicals from the termite application on our new installed sod (lawn) causing the chemicals to burn the grass. We informed the office and one of their customer service people came by and took pictures. We sent them the bill from the landscaping service for $50.00 that we had to pay to replace the sod. We called the office and they acknowledge and indicated the check would be sent out. This has been going on since May. Every time we call them, we get the run-around, yet we had to give the down-payment which consisted of half of the cost and the balance was paid and collected immediately after they finished the work. Why can't they honor our claim the same, if Jeff Hiatt, inc., is a company in good standing... Yet they advertise on the radio, paper, etc., about how excellent their company is.
