Late Fees Charged on Paid Account, Rude Representative Refused Discussion

I've been charged for late fees when there is no late payments on my account! Our bill was paid promptly each month.

I called to discuss this with the organization. A rude, arrogant guy refused to talk about the matter with me.

That is fraud.
