My acct. # is 6019 1702 2024 1878. This account has been charged twice w / late fees even though a double payment is sent before the due date. This month, credits total $75 before the due date of 7/17, and a late fee of $35 was charged on 7/17. The total bill is for $277.56, credits total $302.56 and this co. Still wants a $10 late fee! How can they do this? Their accounting practices need to be investigated. Even though this account has been overpaid, they will continue to charge late fees on a $0 balance. Please help me. I have stopped making purchases @ h h gregg in spite of their excellent prices because of their billing practices.
