I have been trying for days to get a return call from mr. Smith with no luck, now he has disconnected his cell phone number and isnt returning his office phone calls, maria who is supposed to be assisting me never returns my calls. I was told my lender had my paperwork, but when i contacted my lender i was told nobody had contacted them about a loan modification. I started the loan modification in june and was told it would take 45 to 60 days to complete, once they got money from me they changed it to 60 to 90 days.
I was told numerous times that us mortgage advocates was sending me paperwork and that my lender would be sending me paperwork. After weeks or waiting i never received anything from either of them. When i called i was told that maria was busy and she would get to me soon. She has never returned my calls, i have been leaving messages since sept. 2nd and i still havent gotten a return call.
I feel us mortgage advocates should be closed due to fraud and their officers procecuted to the fullest extent of the law for fraud and grand theft. I hope law enforcement officials see this to ensure that they will be charged and put out of business. I am contacting the district attorney to see what can be done and i will also be contacting the us attorneys office to file a complaint against us mortgage advocates and the officers and employees of the company.
Do not do business with us mortgage advocates because they are a rip off and scam. They do not help, the only thing they do is they lie well to the people they are supposed to be helping.
