I am very sadly to see and hear that no one is able to stop the fraud by these certain companies. What happend to me was that I had read in a flyer Pennysaver of 29 Palms in the section work at home and I had called to 3 different number which are (213) 438-0971 (714) 568-0345 (714) 568-0505 I had spoke to two diifernt people and asked details about the job offers that they give and the first thing they tell me that I neeed to pay 78.00 in order for them to send me a catolog o different job they had t offer.
I send them the money by western Union becuase they said that it wa going to be quicker that way and on top of that I had to pay 15.00 fee. Days had gone by and I called once more to tell them that I did hnot receive the catolog yet so they told me that it was being sent by UPS fine so I waited and nothing then I called and spoke to a lady called Mrs. Estrella Rojas and she told me that now is was goig to be sent by FedEx and not UPS any more si fine.
Once the Box got here I opened it and the first thing I saw was key chains of chinese symbols and and gray envelope that in the front it had some biblical message and in the back it said "NO REFUND IF OPENED" the funny part is that how do I now if what's inside it what they told me it was going to be so I opened the envelope and I had to read about 5-10 pages of the list of jobs.
The lady then told me that I ha tochoose five of the jobs I wanted and send them a salutation saying that I wanted a job with them but I then thoguht about all that has ahppened and I got worried I had send my money already and there was no refund but the I went to search the companies address and I found out that only 1 out of 11 companies exsisted so I got even more worried I then called Mrs. Estrella once again and this time she had told me that she wasvery very busy to attend me at the moment and she hung up on me after that i called once more and she never answered my questions. All I want is justice in my case I know that they are many cases out the but it won't be fair to let these people at the Americana company keep on ripping off people and not helping them find jobs that they are really interested in.in my case all I want is to see this company giving my money back and stopping the unfairness they do to others to my understanding the owner of the company is Ricardo Gonzales.
