I found this company on a job searching website, they guaranteed me a job or a full refund, it took them 2 weeks to send me the package... Then I had to keep leaving messages for job listings, which no one ever returned my call. So I kept calling and finally they said they would send me job listings via email, that took about 5 days before I recieved anything and the jobs they sent me weren't even government jobs like they promised, so I kept calling back until someone finally answered the phone. They said they would send me government jobs by the end of the day, that took 2 more days before I recieved anything. They sent me 2 job listings for government jobs, I said I had had enough and wanted my money back, they said you cant get your money back because it hadn't been 60 days yet. So I waited the 60 days and then they told me I couldnt get a refund because the refund had to be within the 60 days, I explained to them what I was told and the man on the phone who's name is Brook refused to listen to anything I had to say. I called the american data group back and spook to a representative, he told me that they too were under the impression that after 60 days I could get a refund, he told me to call them back and tell them that all phone calls are recorded and to also mention that they needed to change their scripts because they are telling people after 60 days we can recieve a refund if we dont get a job... So I called Brook back and of course he has every excuse under the sun for why I can't get a refund. He says I should read the fine print on the package, that states the refund policy. I told him that I had asked for a refund after chasing people for my job listings and that they said it hadn't been 60 days, and that i couldn't get one. He said I was a lier that no one there had said that, I told him I was not a idiot I remember my conversation completely. I also told him that the refund policy on their package wasn't helpful to me because they had already gotten my money and charged my credit card before I recieved the package 2 weeks later... Then Brook called me the next day and told me that a refund was not possible they reviewed the recorded conversation, and had to decided not to refund me my money. But they wont listen to the recording with me, they try to tell you what you said on the recording when you already know what you said on the recording and it doesnt match what they say you said. He told me that they promised me a job, and if it took them 10 years to get me a job, then it took 10 years. Of course they didnt say this when they were selling this to me to get my money. It was only when I wanted a refund that he was rude and ignorant. I also asked for a manager but this brook character refused to allow me to speak to one. This company is ridiculuos, not only do they not get you job listings, their guarantee is bogus, they change all the words of their guarantee around to benefit them only... Do not purchase anything from this company they are only going to take your money and give you the run around...
