$14.95 billed to my Qwest statement with a business I've never heard about. (Intelicom Message ESBI ETS) Qwest did eliminate these costs, but I'm nevertheless shocked these businesses could possibly get away with getting you for phony items! Why does Qwest actually permit costs from external businesses, without first calling their clients to determine if they're legit? I dislike scam and so on!
