Refuses to take cash for M/O, even if you have an account. And M/O have to be made out to a person or business. West Hills

Last week I entered a branch of my bank Union bank of Calif. To buy a m/o.
I counted out my cash and asked for a m/o I was told they coulsd not take cash from me, I askes why I have an account.
I was told it did not matter there would be no recourse for the bank.
I said what recourse did they need on a M/O, I was told they hadto have an account to go back to.
So I had to deposit all the cash in the account and then write a check for the amount of the M/O.
Then I was told I had to give a name to be printed on the M/O, I said I would fill it in.
The teller pushed my checkmy check back to me and was told that is the rules to go somewhere else.
She was rude and load, and had other costomers could here everything she was saying and laughing.
I asked what the charge would be for the M/O, she said she would wave it but the next day there was an 8.00 charge on my account.
I was embarased and I gave a name to get the M/O and get out of the bank.
Then I had to show my ID twice, I am a signer on the account.
I was never given any explanation for there change of rules, but told that the rules had been the same for 8 years. Which is not true.
I called another branch latter that day and was told those are the rules for casheres checks.
We have been with Union Bank of Calif since it was Simi Valley bank in the 80's.
Everytime it changes hands or new people come in to run the bank all the old people quit and the new ones are unfriendly unhelpful and mostly rude.
They have been riped off so many times that thaty have a double door system I was locked in one for over 10 min once till I dumped my purse on the floor in the chamber.
I was then allowed to enter the bank and had someone go threw my purse, it was my keys.
They thought it was funny. I left and wnet to another branch, walked in no trouble, no trouble no getting locked in the chamber, they aploogised for the other bank.
I have wanted out of the bank for years but its our business.
I have a personal account at Bank of America, I have never been laughed at locked in a chamber or told they would not take my cash.
I feel that Uniom Bank of Calif. Is out of control acting like we work for them not them work for us.
I have many other stories about Union Bank of Calif. But am now tired of thinking about it.
