Supervisor Kevin Smith Told me I had a Payday Loan from 2008 for $500 that i had not paid and if not paid today i would be arrested. I have not had a payday loan in 2008 and there is no bad debt on my credit report. Anderson

I was called at home on my cell number from 'financial crime protection" stating that i had defaulted on a payday loan from 2008. I was told by "kevin Smith" that if i did not pay $249 today i would be arrested.
I have never had a payday loan and the company name he gave me was "cash advance". I called them they have no info on a loan for me. Also there is nothing on my credit report reflecting this loan.
When i called info for the phone number nothing is avail. When it shows up on my phone the number is 052986647. The phone number given to me by kevin smith is 214-989-6080 and his fax# is 206-203-1165.
I have refused to give any money bacuase i have no info on this laon. I asked them to fax info to me and they stated they could not until it was paid.
