My family member was called by a man identifying himself as Frank Miller. He informed her that I had named her as a reference on a payday loan and had not paid it back. He then told her that she was being held responsible for that loan and that if she did not pay it she would be arrested as the paperwork was already at the courthouse being processed. He indicated that the loan was almost 2yrs. Old.
I called the number that she was able to get off caller ID and he denied ever having such a conversation with her. I know that he did because he had the very same conversation with me before I made him know that I was aware that he had called and harrassed my family member about the same. He cursed her and me as we asked too many questions. He wanted the loan to be paid by debit card or credit cards only.
He refused to send me any paperwork, email me any acct.#'s or give me the name of the company I had supposedly gotten the loan from. He then stated that i would be dealt with and hung up the phone. I have not been able to reach him at that number since!
